Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers in a friendly, community-focused setting.

You will help grow the client base, deliver a top-tier customer experience, and engage with local marketing efforts while adhering to Intuit policies and standards.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally and build long-term relationships with clients.

Conocimientos

EA CPA Attorney license

PTIN required

Tax preparation experience

Onsite at TurboTax location

Bilingual English/Spanish
