Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local customers and the community.

As a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate complex tax situations, grow TurboTax’s client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience in a retail setting.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license (strong tax preparation experience preferred).
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (30+ returns per season) using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future tax years.
