Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations while building your local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow community presence, deliver outstanding service, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing support to expand Intuit’s reach.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Must reside in the United States.

Mansioni

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
