Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will prepare taxes, provide advice, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care. The role emphasizes building local client relationships, growing the TurboTax client base, and partnering with marketing and product teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax tips/content for the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions/reviews to maximize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan taxes for future periods.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
