Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in your local community.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, growing the client base, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and representing TurboTax as a local ambassador.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist local clients and grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Use TurboTax software and CRM tools to support clients.
• Engage with community to expand presence.
