Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community and deliver a best-in-class experience, engaging prospects and building long-term relationships while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and conduct tax reviews.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and foster long-term client relationships.
