Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and growing the client base with community engagement and marketing support. You will operate as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate tax solutions, and connecting with clients to help them achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Complete discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, building long-term relationships and loyalty in-person and via digital tools.
