Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clear, personalized guidance. You’ll also grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Experience with tax preparation software and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, in-person setting.
