Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide in-person tax prep, advice, and software support to customers.

As a trusted advisor, you will build relationships, grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with marketing to make taxes approachable. This non-exempt, part-time role requires availability at least 20 hours per week, weekend shifts,

Qualifications

• Active license (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred and valid to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (30+ returns/season).
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
