Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their tax needs and build lasting relationships.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax filing experience (1040) per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
