Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts, working on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to help clients achieve financial prosperity.

The role emphasizes community engagement and building long-term relationships. You will represent TurboTax locally, generate new business, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing resources to grow the client

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax planning, deductions optimization, and accuracy reviews.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
