Intuit in the United States is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You'll provide in-person tax advice, complete tax returns, and support customers using TurboTax products while building trusted relationships in the community.

The role emphasizes local outreach, accurate tax solutions, and a hands-on customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns using professional tax software.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Willing to obtain or maintain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate tax reviews and planning to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional retail setting while guiding clients through tax software.
• Build local client relationships and participate in local marketing efforts to grow the customer base.
