Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide tax advice, and support software usage while engaging the community and growing the local client base.

This on-site, non-exempt role requires a licensed tax professional, strong customer service, and ability to work a mix of hours including weekends. You will be part of a collaborative team with marketing and product support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 individual returns per tax season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekend availability.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax compliance requirements.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Utilize government resources and team knowledge to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear language.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
