Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, building relationships with local clients and expanding the TurboTax client base.

You’ll represent TurboTax in the community, provide expert tax guidance, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while delivering a top-notch service experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing efforts to make taxes accessible.
