Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to join us on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. Serve as a trusted advisor, preparing taxes, giving expert advice, and helping customers maximize refunds in a friendly retail setting.

You will interact with clients in-person, collaborate with a team of financial experts, and grow the local TurboTax client base through marketing support and community activities.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience ideal.
• Familiarity with tax software and client management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax client base through community engagement.
