Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will advise clients, perform tax preparation, and help customers navigate tax-related software while representing TurboTax in the local community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license required (EA/CPA/attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (1040) with software.
• Must have PTIN and state licenses/certificates.
• Onsite availability Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, representing locally and serving as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, building trust and turning transactions into long-term relationships.
