Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will advise customers, prepare tax returns, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through in-person interactions and community engagement. You will be a trusted advisor, delivering tax guidance and software support while building lasting relationships with clients in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize tax outcomes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, personalized language using available resources.
