Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, while growing the client base in the local community through proactive outreach and marketing efforts.

You will deliver personal, clear tax guidance using TurboTax tools, serve customers in a front-facing retail setting, and participate in local events to build lasting relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney licensure with tax knowledge
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• State licenses/certificates/bonds as needed
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with tax software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week
• Build local/online presence as TurboTax Expert
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus
• Holistic tax advisory experience
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform
• Front-facing retail environment experience

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage community as a public face
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust
