Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, combining tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs.

As a Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax return preparation, advice, and software support, grow the client base locally, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit's mission of Powering Prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours weekly.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to obtain related state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in community marketing efforts.
