Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/year).
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S. 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in tax planning and optimizing deductions.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and use TurboTax tools to assist clients.
