Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide tax preparation services, advice, and software support, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. This on-site, part-time role requires a valid tax license as applicable (EA/CPA/Attorneys), PTIN, and ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain state licenses/certificates as needed.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns/season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidelines.
• Must work onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, weekends incl.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and interact in a front-facing retail setting.
• Interest in community engagement and local client growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver tax advice in plain language for diverse clients.
• Assist in growing local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with team and marketing to build community presence.
