Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will engage in community outreach, build a local client base, and deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.

The role requires a valid tax license (EA/CPA/Attest), PTIN, and on-site availability weel hours. Attractive benefits and a performance-based pay plan accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine care for clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries and guiding tax planning.
• Attract and grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships with clients.
