Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, building relationships and growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, accessibility, and high-quality customer service. Applicants must have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorneys), PTIN, and state credentials, with at least 3 years of tax

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community through outreach and marketing support.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, delivering a best-in-class experience.

Conhecimentos
