Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships in the community.

Applicants must be licensed (EA/CPA/Attny), have PTIN, and be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment. 20+ hours/week, Sunday–Saturday, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
