Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in the local community.

You will work onsite, represent the brand, and contribute to growth through proactive outreach and customer-focused service. A strong tax background and ability to work 20+ hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite TurboTax work environment.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours/week in a TurboTax retail/flagship location.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with the local community and participate in marketing initiatives.
