You will provide tax preparation services, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to build relationships and drive loyalty.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, and part-time with flexible hours. Strong tax credentials, PTIN, and state licenses are required, with a focus on client service and local marketing in a retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) is required or preferred.
• Must have a current PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing and grow the client base within the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person at retail location.
