Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while helping grow the local client base and fostering community relationships. The role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license and the ability to work at a retail location with a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN on file to file taxes is required.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or permits as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite, including Sundays, for at least 20 hours weekly.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, tools, and team expertise.
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
