Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide expert advice, and help grow the local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll engage with the community, deliver a high-quality customer experience, and work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
