Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in a retail setting.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts. A strong tax background, state licensing, and a commitment to customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, for 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
