Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

In this role you will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support, becoming a trusted advisor in your local community. You'll grow the TurboTax client base by building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and leveraging marketing support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while complying with

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and serving as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
