Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in Illinois. You will provide tax preparation and expert advice, while also expanding the local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists for an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll engage clients personally, address complex scenarios, and leverage marketing tools to build ongoing relationships and drive prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with discovery sessions, reviews, deductions optimization, and future tax planning.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
