Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Illinois. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll grow the local client base and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and a passion for community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service.
