Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new TurboTax locations across the United States, including Illinois.

The role centers on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and driving community engagement. You will work onsite, in-person and virtually, with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s/year using pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must sit onsite 8:00-5:00, 20+ hours/week; training required.
• Must wear uniforms; willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local/online presence; content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and tax planning.
• Identify deductions and minimize liabilities.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Engage clients in person and via video tools.
