Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location in Illinois.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, growing the local client base and building long-term relationships. You’ll handle a range of personal and business tax scenarios, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing tools to expand TurboTax services.

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal experts across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
