Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Illinois. You will perform tax preparation, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s broader services while growing the local client base.

This role emphasizes community engagement, exceptional service, and collaboration with a network of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end support for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in‑person and via video tools.
