Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax preparation on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver tailored tax advice, connect clients with Intuit services, and drive local growth while maintaining a high-standard customer experience. You’ll work with a team of tax professionals to provide comprehensive solutions, including personal and business tax considerations, and participate in local marketing efforts to expand the client

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to convert transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Create an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through tax questions and software tools.
