Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax location.

You’ll partner with specialists to cover personal and business incomes, deductions, and planning, while growing a local client base and fostering trust within the community. You will work onsite, meeting customers, attending to their unique financial situations, and helping them navigate tax challenges using Intuit tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must have PTIN and familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location; 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve their financial goals.
