Job summary

Intuit seeks a dedicated TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

You will also act as a community ambassador, building your local client base, hosting events, and leveraging TurboTax marketing tools to grow the business while ensuring an optimal client experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Deliver a best in class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Build long‑term relationships and foster loyalty in the local community.
