Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, collaborating with a team of specialists to address personal and, where needed, business tax scenarios.

You will also drive local growth, act as the brand face in the community, and connect clients to Intuit’s full ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20h+/wk, 8:00–17:00
• Willing to complete required training and compliance programs
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/photo for advertising
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a local ambassador and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
