Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation and expert advice, collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, host community events, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri; min 20 hrs/week.
• Must wear provided uniform; may be used in advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships for long-term client loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
