Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, handle complex scenarios, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services.

As a local community ambassador, you will grow your client base, engage in grassroots marketing, and help clients achieve financial goals through the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development; training may include compliance and cross-training.
• Must be willing to wear company uniforms and have name/picture used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a pro-active community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engage with community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address needs.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients with questions via in-person or virtual channels.
