Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance, while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to create a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local client base, stand as the local face of TurboTax, and participate in community events and marketing efforts to build lasting

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours per week; training involved.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with vertical services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers in person and via Intuit tools to simplify tax outcomes.
