Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for personal and small business tax scenarios while growing a local client base.

You will collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to offer a full Intuit ecosystem experience and build lasting client relationships through community outreach and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be onsite in TurboTax offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
