Intuit Careers is hiring for TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions and grow the local client base through community engagement.

You will guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios, offering planning advice and leveraging Intuit products, while building lasting relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred for tax advising roles.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex cases.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
