Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll work with a collaborative team of financial professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, building lasting relationships and helping customers achieve positive tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax services.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with proactive, personalized service.
