Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and help clients achieve financial goals through personalized guidance and access to TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work 8:00–17:00, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be ready for advertising use of name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations with accuracy.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Deliver solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow local client base and drive referrals with marketing support.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end Intuit service delivery.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and remotely.
