Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax guidance, and support clients with software while collaborating with a broad team of specialists.

You’ll also drive local growth by attracting new clients, building relationships, and delivering a superior customer experience in the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA/Attorney credentials or PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location for at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional local customer experience.
