Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and consultation. You will work with a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, while growing the local customer base and leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem for comprehensive financial services.

You will advise on personal and business taxes, assist with planning, and provide a seamless client experience in a fast-paced, community-focused role at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual client experiences, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
