Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, expand the client base, and connect customers to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will act as a trusted guide, ensuring a personalized experience across simple to complex tax scenarios while engaging the local community through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ federal/state 1040s) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Drive local growth by outreach, events, and community partnerships, becoming the local TurboTax face.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address needs.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
