Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit solutions and exceptional service.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while aligning with Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
